Charge Dispute Notification
For any dispute related to your invoice, you must notify us within 20 days from the date the invoice was sent. We will notify you of resolution of your dispute within 20 days of receiving such notice. You may appeal our decision to the Puerto Rico Telecommunications Bureau at the following address by filing a Request for Review within 30 days of notification of our decision:
